Description: Veal sirloin, sauteed with mushrooms, onions, white wine, and lemons.

Slice veal into thin serving size pieces. Dredge with flour.

Coat non-stick skillet with olive oil and place on high heat. Add veal. Cook until lightly brown on both sides.
