Arrange fruit in greased 9" square baking pan. Mix 3/4 cup splenda, baking powder, butter, salt, extracts, milk and flour together (add more milk if too thick to pour); pour over fruit. Mix remaining splenda and cornstarch; sprinkle over mixture in pan. Pour boiling water over all. Bake 375ยบ for 45 minutes.
