Directions:  
cut all vegetables to quarters. heat oven to 425 F. spray baking pan. spread vegetables on pan and spary with oil. season with salt, garlic powder and italian seasoning. put in the oven until soften/rosted. about 20 minutes.
serve as a side dish. (Yummi with Tilapia as a main dish)
