Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take the chicken breasts and place them on a cutting board. Drizzle some oil over them.

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 teaspoon of salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to combine.

Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast and set aside.

add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt in another small mixing bowl. Stir all the ingredients well.

Spoon the spinach mixture into each chicken breast pocket.

Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
