Directions:  
Heat fry pan over high heat. Add sliced chorizo and cook for 5-7 mins. Remove from pan and set aside. Add sliced onions to the pan and cook for 8 mins or u til golden. Add the sugar and vinegar and cook for another 2 mins. Return chorizo back to the pan. Add oregano and chickpeas to the pan and cook for another 4 mins. Make 4 holes in the mixture in the pan and crack an egg in each hole. Reduce heat and cover pan until eggs are cooked. Combine paprika and salt and sprinkle over the dish. Serve with fresh salad or toast.
