Directions:  
Finely dice the onion and fry in coconut oil over medium heat for five minutes, until softened. Add the garlic and turmeric to the onion, then crack the eggs straight into the pan. Lightly scramble the eggs for four minutes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper or chilli flakes. Serve immediately with salad greens and cherry tomatoes on the side and lime quarters to squeeze over the eggs.
