Mix beef and seasonings. Form into walnut sized balls.

Melt butter in skillet, add meatballs and brown evenly

Remove meatballs from skillet, set aside. Stir four and seasonings into pan drippings. Add beef bouillon and water, mix well. Bring to boil and allow to thicken. Stir in sour cream.

Return meatballs to skillet and simmer 20 min.
