Wrap sweet potato in aluminum foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes or until fork pierces through easily.

Meanwhile, steam broccoli to desired tenderness.

When vegetables are done, remove potato from foil and slit opn.

Place 1/2 tsp pat of butter onto sweet potato and the other 1/2 tsp butter onto the broccoli.

Season broccoli with a pinch of salt.
