Directions:  
Saute mushrooms, onion, bell-pepper is small skillet - just 5 minutes.
In lg. bowl add ALL ingredients and mix well
Plop in glass dish sprinkle more Zatarain over top, spread on tomato paste
Place into a preheated 350 degree oven
Bake for 40 minutes.
