Directions:  
Mix 1 LB ground turkey with one egg, 1/2 cup parmasean cheese, 1 cup Italian Bread crumbs, 1 TBSP minced garlic and season to taste.
Put in Pyrex pan and cook at 375 until cooked thoroughly. Add Stewed tomatoes and cook 10 more minutes
