Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ground turkey with chopped vegetables, egg whites, oatmeal, flax meal and hot sauce(hot sauce is optional). Spray muffin pans with PAM. Measure 1/3 cup into each muffin cup. Place into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
