Directions:  
Heat oil over medium heat, cook onion, red pepper, carrot, garlic and ham for 4-6 min.
Stir in tomatoes, broth, lentils, sweet potato coriander, s&p.
Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer 20-25 min till lentils are tender.
Remove from heat.
Blend soup to desired consistancy. Save some veg and add after blending.
