Directions:  
heat oven to 300
mix dry ingredients in cake pan, except craisins
bring oil, honey and vanilla to a boil stirring constantly
pour over oat mixture and stir to coat
bake 40 minutes, stirring every 10.
let cool 5 minutes, mix in craisins
