Directions:  
saute garlic with butter in nonstick skillet over low. Cook several minutes until garlic is soft but not browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Bring the veg broth to a boil in large pot. Add the cauliflower and cook 7-10 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cauliflower pieces to the blender. Add 1 cup veg broth, sauteed garlic/butter, salt pepper and milk. Blend for several minutes.
