Directions:  
beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper, garlic powder
heat 2 teaspoon olive oil in small fry pan
add onion, mushrooms, parsley, cook until tender
add: tomato, ham heat through
pour egg mixture cook until egg is done add cheese
fold over serve on plate with salsa and sour cream
