in separate bowl mix peanut butter and honey

Mix peanut butter honey mixture with dry ingredients

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and dump mixture into dish. Push down flat and refrigerate for 30min.
Then bake at 200 for 30min to make them not so sticky.
