Directions:  
preheat oven to 350

prepare the rice pethe instructions.
brown the ground turkey

remove and discard the tops, seeds and membrane of the bell peppers. Arrange peppers in a baking dish with the hollowed sides facing upward.

In a bowl, mix the browned turkey, cooked rice, 8 oz tomato sauce. worcesteshire sauce, garlic powder. spoon and equal amount of the mixture into each hollwed pepper. Mix the remaining tomato sauce and italian seasoning in a bowl and pour over the stuffed peppers.

top with cheese.

bake 1 hour in the oven or until peppers are tender.
