Directions:  
Sautée onion and garlic in coconut oil. Add spinach, to wilt. put eggs in a hole in the middle of the spinach and scramble with turmeric, salt and pepper.
Chop tomato and avocado, slice cheese stick. Add and mix. cover off heat for a couple of minutes to melt cheese.
