Directions:

Start the water for the pasta.

Steam-fry the garlic in a large nonstick fry pan.

Add the greens and cook until they wilt.

Add the tomatoes, beans, water, & wine. If you are using dried herbs, add them
now.

Simmer while the pasta boils.

Add fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta, pour sauce over and serve.
