Brown the beef and onions in a large skillet.

Add one cup of enchilada sauce and one cup of cheese. Combine and fill tortillas with mixture, then roll.

Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour remaining sauce over. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
