In 12-inch skillet, cook beef with salt and pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked.

Set beef aside on paper towels to drain. Sautee onions, mushrooms and garlic for 3 minutes on high, stirring continuously.

Poor in wine to deglaze pan.

Return beef to pan and add broth, marjoram and savory. Heat to boiling.

Mix in noodles. Reduce heat medium low; cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.

Add greek yogurt; mix thoroughly, cover and heat on low for 2 minutes.
