Directions:  
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, stir-fry in melted butter and coconut oil. Add onion and garlic and fry until cooked. Stir in tomato paste, curry paste, and spices; stir to combine. Pour into slow-cooker and stir in coconut milk, yogurt, salt and cardamom pods. Cook for 4 hours on high (or 6-8 hrs on low). Serve over basmati rice.
