Directions:  
3 oz. of broth and (approx 1 1/2 Tbls.) corn starch in a coffee cup or small bowl and mix well until no lumps remain.
Heat the rest of the broth in a small sauce pan once hot add the cornstarch mixture and stir continuously, bringing to a boil. Mixture will thicken when boiled stir, stir, stir... to avoid chunks/lumps.

ยบ If the gravy isn't thick enough add a bit more (1-2 tsp) of the cornstarch mixed with an oz. of cool broth. Add to hot gravy and bring to a boil while stirring again.
