Directions:  
Pound chicken breasts until thin.
Crumble toasted bread into crumbs.
Whip egg whites.
Arrange whites, crumbs, and flour in separate bowls.

Heat oil in skillet; add chicken, cooking until browned.
Transfer chicken to casserole and cover with tomato sauce.
