Directions:  
heat tortilla in hot pan until crisp; cut into strips then pieces
spray pan and saute pepper and onion
when soft add egg and scramble
when egg is soft set add chopped tortilla, cheese and salsa
stir until cheese melts
sprinkle chopped cilantro over top and serve
