Chocolate cherry brownies

1  cup		oat flour
1/4  cup		all purpose flour
2/3  cup		unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2  teaspoon		baking powder
1/8  teaspoon		salt
6  tablespoons		unsalted butter, room temperature
1  cup		sugar
2  teaspoons		coffee, finely ground
2		eggs
2  tablespoons		1/2 and 1/2 cream
2  teaspoons		vanilla
1/2  cup		bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2  cup		fresh or frozen cherries, choppped

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8 by 8 baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together flours, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside.In another bowl, beat the butter, sugar and coffee together thoroughly. Add the eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly, until the mixture is thick and a uniform mocha colour. Add cream, vanilla and chocolate chips and stir to combine. Add flour mixture and stir until a batter forms. Pour into baking dish and top with cherries. Bake until edges are slightly firm but centre is soft, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 30 minutes, slice and serve.
