1/4  teaspoon
 
3  cups
 
5  second spray

Directions:

Slice chicken into strips approximately 1 inch by 3 inches.
2)Toss chicken with salt and pepper, refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 350 degrees, coat large baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Add evaporated milk to shallow bowl, add chicken and toss to coat.

Finely crush corn flakes and add to shallow bowl.

Coat each chicken piece in cereal. Place on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.

Bake 15 minutes or until done.
