Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 in. pan.
2.1/3 cup flour with water in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool completely.

Melt margarine and stir in cocoa.
4 Sift together the remaining 2 cups flour with the baking powder.
5 Beat sugar, salt, and canilla into the cooled flour mixture, then add melted butter/cocoa mixture.

Add above mixture to sifted mixture. Add chopped nuts.

Pour into pan and spread evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
