Directions:  
Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in small skillet. Cook spinach, kale, and onion, stirring until just wilted. Transfer to a plate, Heat remaining oil in skillet, and crack in egg. Cook until white is set. Serve egg over greens and top with remaining cheese, salt and pepper. Also Tabasco, if desired.
