In a shallow dish, mix together garlic powder, minced garlic, pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs, and flour. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, and egg.

Heat oil in an electric skillet. Dip chicken in egg and dredge in dry mix; coat well.
