Quarter potatos and place in cooking pot. Cover with the water

peel and coarse chop the garlic, add to pot

add 1/2 tsp salt, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Drain and reserve the water for gravy if desired.

Mash the potatoes and garlic, add the butter, sour cream, yogurt, and neufcahtel cheese. Whip until fluffy with hand blender.

Serve while still hot.
