Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add water, cover, and reduce heat to medium. Cook for an additional 3 minutes. Push green beans to the side and add another teaspoon of oil and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.

Add tomatoes and stir together with green beans, cook for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
