Directions:  
Brown ground beef. Place into slow cooker. Add soup combined with 1 cup of water and buillion. Cook on low for 6 -8 hours. Combine sour cream with cornstarch. Add 2 Tbs. of hot liquid from slow cooker to sour cream mixture. Combine thouroughly. Add to slow cooker, combine completely. Heat until warmed throughout. Serve over pasta.
