Directions:  
Melt together peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. Add coconut and almonds. Mix well, add oatmeal and mix well. Spread onto parchment lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 300 degrees mixing up every half hour till done to desired texture. Anywhere from one hour to two.
