Hot Cocoa Mix - Low Carb

2  cups		Splenda
1  cup		cocoa (Dutch-process preferred)
3  cups		powdered milk
1  teaspoon		salt
2  teaspoons		cornstarch
1  tablespoon		cinnamon

Start by placing Splenda and Corn Starch in a blender or food processor and blend on high for about 1 minute, until it resembles powdered sugar.

Pour powdered Splenda into mixing bowl and blend in remaining ingredients until everything is incorporate evenly.

Seal in an airtight container, keeps indefinitely.

To prepare, place 2 Tbsp. (or to taste) in mug of hot water. Stir to combine.
