Directions:  
For sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Place chicken in pot. Pour sauce over chicken and mix to combine. Cook for 5 minutes. Release pressure and press sauté button.

To thicken sauce:
In a small bowl mix water and cornstarch. Add to chicken. Cook 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from pot and serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
