Directions:  
Heat oven to 450 degrees
grease loaf pan with non stick spray
in a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together except for 1/4 cup of the ketchup, set it aside. Pat out the mixture into loaf pan and top with the remainder of ketchup and bake 45 minutes. Longer or shorter depending on your preference of doneness of meat.
