Directions:  
Cook pasta according to package direction omitting salt.
Spray large non-stick pan with cooking spray.
Add onion, garlic, fennel seeds and cook over med heat 3 minutes until onion is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, broth, parsley and spices.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add seafood and cook 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp begins to turn pink.
Divide pasta evenly in bowls (about 1/2 cup each)
Ladle stew over pasta and serve.
