If the eggs are to be included within the salad chop them up and mix
in with the potatoes, celery, onions, and pickles. If not, slice and set
aside.

Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, seasoned salt and
pepper and pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.

If the hard boiled eggs are not mixed in the salad, spread the set
aside slices over the top as a garnish.

Refrigerate overnight.
