Directions:

slice mushrooms, onions and peppers then sautee with olive oil on medium low heat until mushrooms release liquid

Add paprika and sautee another two minutes

Add cream of mushroom soup and broth. then simmer over low for another 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp cool water then mix into sauce if you desire a thicker sauce

Remove from heat and mix with greek yogurt

Serve over desired pasta
