Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bar

2/3  cup		whole almonds
2/3  cup		whole cashews
1-1/2  cups		old fashioned oats
1/3  cup		ground flax seed
1/4  cup		mini chocolate chips
1/3  cup		dried cranberries
1/3  cup		honey
1  cup		creamy peanut butter, melted
1  scoop		EAS Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate

Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper
In food processor, pulverize the nuts for about 10 seconds into small pieces, leaving some larger pieces
Combine oats, flax, nuts, chocolate chips, cranberries and raisins.
Mix the peanut butter and honey together and pour over dry ingredients. Thoroughly mix.
Scoop the mixture into the parchment lined pan and press down firmly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into 16 squares.
Bars can be stored at room temperature for up to a week, in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months.
