place garbanzo bean, garlic and salt in the bowl of food processor and process for 15 to 20 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl and process another 15 to 20 seconds.

Add lemon juice and garbanzo bean water

Add sesame seed butter (tahini)

Process another 20 seconds and scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil (optional) and sprinkle with sumac.
