Directions:  
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, combine yogurt, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in oats and let sit 10-20 minutes.
Stir dry ingredients and dried fruit into the wet ingredients and mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool on cloth covered racks.
