Directions:  
Microwave sprouts until almost cooked. Heat saute pan. Spray with canola spray and add olive oil. Saute shallot, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 1-2 minutes. Add drained Brussels sprouts and stir fry until lightly browned. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
