oven at 150C/300F
mix everything together with wooden spoon.
divide mixture into two and roll out thin between 2 pieces of baking paper. transfer bottom sheet to baking sheets and score into individual flatbreads - scatter with more sea salt flakes.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and crisp.
when cool break into flatbreads and store in airtight container.
