Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly coat bottom of skillet with oil

Add squash, cabbage and carrot to skillet and sauté 4 minutes, until tender

Add cumin to skillet and cook 1 more minute, until fragrant. Set aside

Remove leaves from the head of lettuce, rinse and pat dry if necessary. Stack smaller leaves inside larger leaves for added wrap strength, if desired

Cut avocado in half, remove pit, cut flesh into small cubes while still in the skin

Spoon vegetable mixture onto each lettuce stack, scoop out avocado cubes on top of vegetable mixture
