Preheat oven to 375F

In a large bowl crumble tofu. Whisk in eggs, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.

In a cup mix almond milk and cornstarch using a fork until blended; whisk into tofu mixture.

Mix in basil and pour into 9" glass baking dish.

Arrange sliced tomato on top, overlapping if necessary.

Baked until lightly browned around edges and puffy in center, about 30 - 35 min
