Scrub and prick potatos, bake at 450 degrees for 45 minute cooked through, let cool till you can handle them.

Cut tops off of potatos and scoop out some of the potato. Leave a 1.4 inch of potato on insides. 3.Heat olive oil in pan and saute chopped onion and turkey burger till cooked through.4. Add broth, flour, vegetables, salt, and pepper to taste.

Pour burger mix into each potato.

Mash potatos with 1/4 to 1/2 milk, butter, salt and pepper. Top potatos with burger mixture with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden on top
