Directions:  
Wash, trim and clean asparagus spears until tender. Set aside to cool. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place 2 or 3 slices (or 1/4)of turkey on a plate. Spread with the yogurt mixture. Put asparagus spears on one end and roll up. Secure with toothpick if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Makes 4 servings
