Directions:  
Bring quinoa and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce to med-low and simmer until quinoa is tender and water absorbed about 15 -20 min. set aside to cool

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C)

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 5 min. Add garlic and cook another minute. remove from heat to cool.

Mix turkey, cooked quinoa, onions, tomato paste , hot sauce, 2 T worcestershire, egg, salt and pepper in a larage bowl. Mixture will be very moist. Shape into a loaf on a foil lined baking sheet. Combine brown sugar, 2 tsp worcestershire and 1 tsp water in a small bowl and rub the paste over top of meatloaf.

Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center. about 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer stuck in the center should read 160 degrees F 70 C Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving. About 10 - 12 slices
